After my previous feedback, I finally got a response. I pleaded for weeks for them to get back to me, but there was radio silence. After a few more reviews, they finally decided I deserved a reply. They claimed my account was blocked because their system flagged me for being in unusual locations, even though I insisted I’ve never left Slovenia. They said this discrepancy was the issue. Knowing their tricks by now, I sent all the live chat transcripts to my email. I responded with those transcripts, complete with dates and details, to show they were caught in another lie. I never made any such claim since I travel for work and always have my laptop with me. They admitted they messed up and that I hadn’t said that, but insisted I was still detected in various countries. I shot back that it’s the 21st century, and people travel, so their devices might show up outside their little corner of the world.

Seeing they had no ground to stand on, wait for this: THEY OFFERED ME 600€ TO KEEP QUIET AND REMOVE MY REVIEWS!!!

They owe me 3.3k €, yet they act like we’re haggling in a market somewhere, offering 600€ instead of the full amount. What a complete JOKE! They know they’ve got nothing because we all know that if I had genuinely done something wrong, they wouldn’t be offering a dime. Naturally, I turned them down and told them it was a disgrace, insisting they pay what they owe. Now, they’ve gone back to ignoring me, and as of today, I still haven’t seen a cent.
